I often view an organization and its state as one of the constant struggle between progressive forces and regressive forces. The success of the progressive forces or  ideas depends upon the transparent communication between various stake holders and it automatically leads to recede the regressive forces. All the employees of the organization are continuously working towards shaping the young talent coming into the institute to good and honest engineers coming out of the institute for the  betterment of  the society.
